Frequently asked questions

Can't find your answer? Ask us on WhatsApp.

How do I book an appointment?

By phone on +212 5 32 12 16 12 (landline) or +212 6 06 25 06 50 (mobile) during opening hours, or by WhatsApp message to +212 6 06 25 06 50 any time. Let us know the reason for your visit so we can plan the right length of appointment.

Do you see dental emergencies?

Yes. For severe pain, swelling or a broken tooth, call the practice: we look for a same-day slot during opening hours.

Does treatment hurt?

The vast majority of treatments are done under local anaesthetic and are not painful. A numbing gel is applied before the injection. If you are anxious, tell us and we will go at your pace.

Will I get a quote before treatment?

Yes. After the examination you receive a written treatment plan and quote. No significant treatment starts without your agreement.

Is treatment covered by insurance?

Part of the cost may be reimbursed depending on your scheme (AMO, CNOPS, CNSS or private insurance). We provide the documents you need for your claim. Visitors from abroad can ask for a detailed invoice for their travel or home insurer.

When should a child first see a dentist?

As soon as the first teeth appear, and no later than age 2–3 for a first get-to-know-us visit. Baby teeth can and should be treated: an untreated cavity can hurt and damage the adult tooth.

How often should I have a check-up?

Once a year for most adults, with a scale and polish. Every six months if you have sensitive gums, implants, braces, or if you smoke.

Can I have dental treatment during pregnancy?

Yes, and it is even recommended, as gums are more fragile during pregnancy. The second trimester is the most comfortable time for treatment. Please mention your pregnancy when booking.
